Cindy is a classic benchmark CrossFit WOD that tests your gymnastics stamina. Set your AMRAP timer for 20 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible of:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Air Squats
2. Bodyweight EMOM (10 Minutes)
This Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) workout will spike your heart rate. Set your EMOM timer to beep every 60 seconds.
- Minute 1: 15 Burpees
